Symbolism
All Band Regalia:  The U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center and Fort Leonard Wood combines the Engineer, Chemical and Military Police branches.  The design for the 399th Army Band, the only band stationed at the Center, reflects the current organizations.  The Engineer colors, scarlet and white, are used as the background colors on the baldric, drums and tabard.  The device consists of the insignia of branch from Military Police, Chemical and Engineer within three conjoined rings symbolizing the multiple association of mission.  The insignias of branch for Chemical and Engineer device are placed on opposite side, while the Military Police device is placed at top.  The laurel branches signify achievement and reward; the dogwood blossom refers to the State of Missouri.

The regalia were authorized on 29 November 2000.
